Ruben Cruz

Ruben Cruz, age 74, sadly passed away on May 1st, 2023, at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND.

Ruben was born October 17, 1948, in Biloxi, Mississippi, to loving parents Pedro and Anita Cruz. At 25, Estela came into his life, and was married in 1974, which led to a family filled with love and happiness. 

Ruben was a man filled with stories who loved to share with family and strangers alike. A man of heart and strength who persevered through life, he was described as a true survivor. A great human soul filled with character and true virtue. Anyone who got the chance to know him has been given the ability to honor his legacy, spirit, memory, and love through the inspiration left behind. 

Ruben Cruz is preceded in death by his honorable and most loved father and mother, Pedro and Anita Cruz; along with brothers, Daniel and Perdo Vidall Cruz; and sisters, Rebeca and Elena Cruz. 

A Visitation for Ruben will be on Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, followed by a Celebration of His Life at 11:00 AM, in Korsmo Funeral and Cremation Service, Moorhead.
