Tammy Lee Annis died in her home in Plymouth, MN, on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at the age of 51.
Tammy Lee Hennen was born May 19, 1961, in Wheaton, MN, daughter of Arlis and Diane (Olson) Hennen. She grew up and attended school in Wheaton, Glyndon, and Moorhead, MN. She graduated from Moorhead Senior High in 1979. She studied nursing and law in college.
On December 15, 1978, Tammy married Robert Clark Annis in Fargo, ND.
Tammy is survived by and will be dearly missed by her husband, Robert Annis Sr., Plymouth; daughters, Jessica (Nathaniel) Sandvig, Tampa, FL, Brittney Annis (Erik Nelson), Dayton, MN, and Nicole Brandeau, Plymouth; parents, Diane and Duane Gilbertson, Moorhead, Joann and Leo Annis, Fargo; brothers, Dale (Linnae) Ebel, Minneapolis, MN, Keith (Sue) Ebel, Silverdale, WA, Craig (Patty) Ebel, Winthrop Harbor, IL, and her dearest baby brother, Jason Ebel Moorhead; sisters, Cindy (Vern) Olson, Brookings, SD, Lanette (Greg) Barnes, Hudson, WI, Jodi (Steve) Nesheim, Sioux Falls, SD, and Joanne Vetter, Fargo; grandchildren, Trinity Nelson, Dayton, Chloë and Nathaniel Sandvig II, Tampa; and family and friends close to her heart.
Preceding her in death were her fathers, Arlis Hennen and Lynn Ebel; brother, "Mountain Man" Jeff Ebel; grandparents, Orrie and Bertha Hennen, her cherished Rosine Bredow; her precious daughter, Jamie; beloved son, Robert "Bobby" Annis Jr; and her first grandchild, granddaughter, Brianna Rose Sandvig.
Tammy lived life to the fullest and can be described best by her wonderful heart. Her babies (yes, even her adult children are her babies) were her pride and joy. Tammy had a magnetic personality and a presence that lit up the room. Her welcoming soul and
