Warren H. McCollum, 78, Moorhead, MN, died Sunday, March 22, 2009, in MeritCare Palliative Care, Fargo, ND.
He is survived by his wife, Carol McCollum; a son, Scott McCollum; four step-children, Donna (Larry) Helzer, Matt (Melodie) Fisher, David Fisher, and Melanie (Tony) Meis; a brother, Rawleigh (MaryLou) McCollum; and a sister, Sylvia Rhode.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
