He liked woodworking, building bird houses, canes, and other wood crafts and projects. He was an active member Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church and was a part of the “Fix-it” crew. Over the last few years, he has enjoyed weekly visits at The Shack and watching the trail cam footage from his cabin. When driving by Bill’s home in Moorhead he was often found sitting outside of his home visiting with the passer-byes, neighbors and enjoying watching wildlife.
